We offer up to 120-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 120 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

Eligibility Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange Reach out to our support team with your order number and reason for your request:

Our team will review your request and provide next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the product. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Gift cards and clearance items are non-returnable. This will be noted on the product page.
